William David Lingerfelt, Sr., 64, Mt. Holly, died February 28, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Lingerfelt was born November 7, 1949 in Mecklenburg County to the late Carl S. Lingerfelt, Sr and Ruby Willis Lingerfelt and was a US Marine serving during Viet Nam. Inurnment will be private at VA National Cemetery in Salisbury at a later date. Arrangements handled by Benson Funeral & Cremation Services, Mt. Holly.
