Vicente Roman, 50, of Charlotte passed away suddenly due to Atherosclerotic coronary artery disease on April 21, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Puerto Rico on September 3, 1968 to Vicente and Migdalia Roman. Vicente was a welder by trade but in his spare time, he enjoyed mechanical and auto repair. He also loved riding his motorcycle and boats. Vicente was known to have many friends and will be missed dearly by all that loved and knew him.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Rebecca Silungan Roman; children, Vincente and Rebecca’Li Roman; sister, Rosa Garcia and husband Frank; brothers, Ivan Roman and wife Tammy and Dwayne Roman; In laws, Avelino & Eusebia Silungan; nieces, Maegan, Demi, Ivone, and Malia; nephews, Franky and Ivan; and great nephews, Elijah and Kaleo.
A Memorial service to celebrate Vicente's life will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Iglesia Puerto Nuevo Church, 13331 York Center Rd. Ste D., Charlotte, NC 28273 with Pastors Frank and Rosa Garcia officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be private.
