Verona Paulk

Verona Lane Price Paulk, 78, of Stanley passed away December 14, 2020 at her residence.  She was born on November 10, 1942 to the late David and Edna Pierce Price.  She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Myers.  Verona was a member at Love Memorial Baptist Church.  She was retired from AT&T after 30 years of service and also from Gaston Memorial Hospital after 15 plus years of service.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt, whom will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her husband, John Nelson Paulk; daughters, Pam Beane (Tommy), Dava Grayson, and Susan Greene (David); sister, Portia Weatherly (Harry), 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Criswell officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
