Vernon Ray Taylor

Vernon Ray Taylor, 89, of Gastonia passed away June 25, 2020. He was a native of High Point and son of the late Otho and Mabel Taylor.  Vernon was the owner and operator of One Hour Martinizing Dry Cleaners for 25 years, past president of the Exchange Club in High Point, past president of the noon Lion's Club in Gastonia, an avid golfer and U.S. Army Veteran.  He was a member of First Baptist Church and Deacon.  Vernon is survived by his wife of 69 years, Betty; daughters, Cindy (Doug) Huffstetler and Joni (Mike) Sigmund; 4 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
Vernon will be buried privately at Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point, NC.
