Stanley "Damien Nightmare" T. Baucom

Stanley "Damien Nightmare" Baucom, Jr., 41, of Gastonia passed away April 27, 2017 at his residence.  Damien was born in Gaston County on October 7, 1975 to Janice Glover Baucom and the late Stanley T. Baucom.

Damien was a musician and an artist.  He was the founder of the Metal Band "Nightmare Driven Engine."  He was known as Damien Nightmare and was previously employed by Hester Enterprises.

In addition to his Mother, Damien is survived by his wife, Crystal Adams Baucom; Stepchildren, Brittany Adams, Joshua & Dallas Brown, Taylor, Autumn, & Destini Allen; Grandparents, Roy & Hazel Glover; Brothers, Matthew Baucom and wife Alicia and Jason Baucom and wife Jennifer; Grandchildren, Skyy, Myles, Carson, Storm, Jayden, C.J. and Baby Girl Raelynn Gayle due in May; Uncle, Michael Glover and wife Margie; 5 nieces and nephews and one on the way; Best Friend since childhood, Jerold Stewart; and his band of brothers, Scott Henderson & Dwayne Payne and many more.

Services to celebrate Damien's life will be held Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 3pm at Garver Memorial Baptist Church in Gastonia.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Inurnment will be private.
