Robert "Bobby" Burris Sr.

Robert "Bobby" Timothy Burris Sr., 86 of Monroe, passed away April 17, 2021 at his residence with his son and daughter in law by his side.  He was born on October 21, 1934 to the late Roy and Jessie Fisher Burris.  In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Loren Burris and stepson James "Zeke" Baucom.  Bobby was a US Navy and Marine Corps Veteran. He retired from Perferred Electric and he loved playing golf.

Bobby is survived by his son, Robert T. Burris Jr. and wife Amy; step-daughter, Debra Baucom; step-granddaughter, Brittney; and brother, Pete Burris.
