Rhoadie Crawford

A Magnificent, Outstanding, Tender hearted, Headstrong, Extraordinary, Revered women left our world on March 18,2015. Rhoadie Crawford died peacefully in her sleep at CMC Pineville Hospital in Charlotte NC. She was born November 24,1936 in
Columbia, South Carolina.

Rhoadie was a homemaker in every since of the word, living in Gastonia NC with her husband Charles Crawford. She took care of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, trying to make sure each generation was as loving and nurturing as she was. She loved traveling with her husband. Her favorites were up and down the Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina coasts along with a trip to New Orleans.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years Charles W Crawford her two daughters, Brenda Manning and Leila Parker and her son Charles L Crawford. Five grandchildren Tina Lee, Christopher Crawford, Jason Parker, Hannah Geroux and Jessica Crawford. Thirteen great grandchildren Trey, Savannah, McKenzie, Sierra, Jacob, Kellie, Cydnie, Sean, Kyle, Jackson, Emma, Avery and Jace. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jeff David Crawford.

A Celebration of her Life will be held privately by her family.
