Paul Lynn Cadoret, our PaPa Paul, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2021. Paul was a loving father, brother “Bro”, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was also a special friend to many. He stayed in touch with friends he made in his early school years and always looked forward to shagging with them at the Harding High School Class of 65 reunions.
Paul worked as a Mechanical Engineer at the Post Office for 36 years. After his retirement at age 55, he worked as a Lifeguard at the YMCA for another 10 years. Paul was also an avid runner completing many 5Ks, 10Ks and a marathon. He loved fishing, tennis, shagging and solving word puzzles but most of all, he loved his family. His two daughters, Beth and Angie, were his pride and joy. Then six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren were added to his precious family.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Elizabeth Cadoret. He is survived by his sister Vicki Cadoret, uncle Richard Starnes and wife Carol, daughters Beth Bridges and husband Greg, Angie Pigg and husband Todd, six grandchildren, Kristen, Erin, Cassidy Lynn, Trace, Blake and Alivia and three great- grandchildren Addie, Briggs and Colt.
