Miriam Elizabeth Boggs

Miriam E. Boggs, 73, of Gastonia, passed away Friday January 5, 2024. Ms. Boogs was born in Mecklenburg County, NC on August 15, 1950 to the late Bill and Mary "Betty" Cochrane Boggs. She is also preceded in death by her brother Charlie Boggs. Miriam was a member of Harrisburg Presbyterian Church. She loved doing crossword puzzles. She enjoyed being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was known as the sweetest person possible and never met a stranger. Survivors include her two sons, James Smith and his partner in life, Danielle and Timothy "Tim" Smith. Her brother, Frank Boggs and niece Courtney Boggs. 7 Grandchildren, Jamie, Jordan, Mikey, Justin, Hunter, Jayden and Maddie and also 6 great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.
