Michael Shane Farris

Michael "Shane" Farris, 37, of High Shoals, NC passed away on January 22, 2018 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.  Shane was born in Gaston County on September 2, 1980 to Terry Farris and Carol Clark Farris.  He was preceded in death by Grandparents, Carlton and Betty Clark, and Jack Farris.  Shane was an auto mechanic and loved cars.  He enjoyed the mountains but more than anything, Shane loved his family.

In addition to his parents, Shane is survived by his wife, Lisa Farris; children, Hailey Farris and Zoe Farris; brothers, Stephen Farris (Tammy Sawyer), Darren Farris (Jennifer), Jason Farris, and Johnathan Farris; and Grandmother, Thelma Farris.

The family will hold a service privately at a later date.
