Melinda Faye Holt Thomas

Melinda Faye Holt Thomas, of Lincolnton, passed away unexpectedly April 20, 2015 at her residence. Ms. Thomas was born in Mecklenburg County September 1, 1949 to Estelle Glaze Holt and the late Willie Holt, Sr.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughters, Sharla Smith Collins of Lowell and Angie Smith Shade and husband Bob of Charlotte. Also two brothers, Johnny and Willie Holt, Jr.; 4 grandchildren, Wayne Durden, Timothy and Dustin Richardson, Jackson Collins; 3 great grandchildren, Nathan, Carter, and Natalie Durden.

Arrangements will be private by the family.
