Mary "Edith" Flesher

Mary "Edith" Flesher, 79, of Midland passed away November 11, 2019 at her granddaughter's home in Clover, SC.  Edith was born on September 23, 1940 to the late James and Ruth Little Nance.  She is also preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lee Flesher; brothers, Harold Nance, Reese Nance, Earl Nance, and Jimmy Nance; and sister, Frances Fisher.  Edith was an avid animal lover especially of dogs and cats.  She sure loved her dog, Levi.  She loved taking trips to the mountains but especially loved baking sweets during the holidays.  She was known for her homemade Pecan Pie and her "Pig Pickin Cake."

Edith is survived by her daughter, Sherry Keirs and husband Martin; sister, Shirley Hartsell; grandchildren, Kimberly Case and husband Ron and Jesse Lowder and wife Chrissie; great grandchildren, Autumn, Austin, and Addison Case; and nieces, Pebbles Faircloth and husband Keith and Stacy Troutman and husband Dan; and nephew Kenny Hartsell.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
