Martha Louise Belcher

Martha Louise Belcher "Nana", 56, of Mt. Holly passed away July 15, 2020 at her residence.  She was born on February 20, 1964 to Ira Vause and the late Curtis Vause.  Martha was a charter member of Baptist Tabernacle in Dallas.  Before she was sick, she enjoyed trips to the beach.  She loved her family dearly and being the jokester amongst them all.  Most of all, she loved being "Nana" to her 5 year old granddaughter, Hazel-Gene and being a mom and the caregiver to her daughter, Heather.  Martha was a Travis Tritt fan and enjoyed attending his concerts.  She also enjoyed playing Keno with her special friends, Brian and Angie Reagan and Facetiming with Stephanie Lee and Angela Bennett Wilson.

In addition to her mother, Martha is survived by her daughters, Heather Belcher and Samantha Belcher; sisters, Betty Lanham and Marie Vause Simpson; brothers, Joe Vause and wife Wanda and Dan Vause; granddaughter, Hazel-Gene Belcher; and her pet dog, Lucy.

Services are being held privately by the family.
