Marcia Wyatt

Marcia Denise Wyatt, 47, of Belmont passed away on January 13, 2021 at the Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville.  She was born on September 26, 1973 to Bobby Dale Wyatt and the late Vickie Hawkins Thomas.  Marcia's faith was stronger than her fear.  She had a very big heart who loved her family and loved spending time with them; especially her niece and nephews.  She really enjoyed spoiling them all.  Marcia enjoyed taking road trips and also going to the beach.  She always looked forward to Wednesday night dinners.  She was a huge Carolina Tar Heels fan.

In addition to her father, Marcia is also survived by her stepparents, Becky Wyatt and H.J. Thomas; sisters, Teresa Whitesides and husband Brian and Angie Robinson and husband Terry; bonus brothers and sisters, Jason Gregory, Adam Gregory, Jackie Kyles, and Cheryl Winn; niece, Kelsey Whitesides; nephews, Joshua Whitesides, Matthew Robinson, T.J. Robinson, and Micah Robinson; her best friend and caregiver, Lu Mangonie; and her pet dog, Ollie.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Evergreen "A Quiet Place" Cemetery in Belmont with Rev. Tom Robinson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society.
