Laura Mae Hensley

Laura Mae Green Hensley, 80 of Gastonia, NC went to be with the Lord on August 16, 2024 at Peak Resources Gastonia. She was born on May 14, 1944 in Wyoming County WV. She was the daughter of the late Philip and Edith Belcher Green. Prior to moving to NC she spent most of her life in McDowell County WV. Laura loved doing word search puzzles. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers Philip Green Jr and Winston Green and one sister Juanita Frazier. She is survived by her only son C.A Hensley of Mount Holly, NC. Grandson's Drew & Jordan Hensley and Tyler Hensley and his wife Tierra all of Mount Holly, NC. One great-grandson Kobe Hensley. Surviving siblings include Lowell Green, Joseph Green, Freda Brown, Ann Warren, Helen Donnley and Patricia Green. There will not be any services at this time.
