Katherine Diane McFee

Katherine Diane McFee, born on January 25, 1958, in Charlotte, NC, peacefully passed away on February 26, 2024, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC. She was the beloved daughter of the late Frances Fisher.

Katherine was a kind soul who found joy in the simple things in life including taking trips to the beach and mountains. She had a passion for watching the sitcom Young Sheldon and listening to music. Among her proudest accomplishments was her unwavering love for her grand babies.

In addition to her parents, Katherine was preceded in death by her brothers, James and Chris Fisher. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever live on in the hearts of her surviving family and friends.

Survivors include her son, Kyle Bush; daughters, Brianna Greene and Amanda Pack (Jeff); brother, Johnny Fisher; five adored grandchildren, Grant, Grace, Caleb, Lily, and Jameson; as well as her best friend, Sherry Patterson.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday March 24, at Emanuel Freewill Baptist Church, 208 N. Spargo St., Dallas, NC 28034. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Katherine will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. May she rest in peace knowing that she was loved and treasured by many.
