Karen S. Sexton

Karen S. Sexton, 67, of Gastonia passed away Sept. 7, 2017 at Peak Resources in Gastonia. Ms. Sexton was born in Guilford County, NC on August 6, 1950 to the late Thomas and Ruth Kennedy Grace. Karen loved the beach, bowled in bowling leagues in her younger days and really enjoyed her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband Marvin Sexton of Mt. Holly. Son Shawn Sexton and wife Anne Marie of Mt. Holly and daughter Heather Sexton of Charlotte. Sister Kathy McLaughlin and husband David and brothers Timmy Grace and wife Rebecca and Keith Grace and wife Julie. Grandchildren Timmy, Cody, Austin, Reese and Brandon. Services are incomplete and will be announced at a later date.
