Jesse "Trey" Gonzalez III

Jesse "Trey" Gonzalez, 28, of Charlotte, passed away January 10, 2022. He was born in Wake County on December 9, 1993 to Jesse James Gonzalez and Debbie Mora Gonzalez.

Trey loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar, the drums, and listening to his records. Spending time outdoors, especially the mountains, brought him joy. He recently discovered cooking and explored this new hobby with friends. Trey had a kind and gentle soul who cared for others deeply.

He is preceded in death by his mother Debbie. Survivors include his father Jesse Gonzalez and wife Kim, sisters Jennifer Gonzalez Heymann and husband Michael, Tabitha Gonzalez Hagen and husband Seth, niece Debbie, nephews John and James, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Benson Funeral & Cremation Services, Mt. Holly.
