Jason Cornell Fisher

Jason Cornell Fisher, known for his bright spirit and loving nature, passed away on November 29, 2023. Born on June 3, 1982, in Gaston County, NC, Jason left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him. From an early age, it was clear that Jason had a zest for life. He found joy in every moment and approached each day with a genuine enthusiasm that was infectious to those around him. His warm smile and kind heart made him a beloved figure among family and friends.

Professionally, Jason dedicated his career to serving others. He was employed with Bradham Brothers Heating & Air, where he shared his exceptional skills and knowledge to ensure people felt comfortable in their homes. Outside of work, Jason pursued a range of passions that brought immense joy into his life.

An avid cook, he delighted in experimenting with different foods and recipes, constantly seeking new culinary adventures to embark upon.  Jason shared a unique bond with his son Kaleb, affectionately known as "KFish." They enjoyed spending hours playing video games together, forging unforgettable memories filled with laughter and friendly competition. Their beautiful bond exemplified the importance of connection and quality time shared between father and son.

Music played an integral role in Jason's life; he cherished all types of music genres. From soothing melodies to lively beats, he found solace and inspiration through every note. His eclectic taste served as a reflection of his vibrant personality - someone who could find beauty anywhere he looked.

In addition to music, Jason held a nostalgic affection for childhood treasures. He delighted in collecting old toys from the 80s, fondly reminiscing about simpler times. His collection was a testament to his sentimental nature and a reminder of the joy that can be found in holding onto the past.

Jason's passing leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of those who held him dear. He is survived by his loving wife Tasha, who stood by his side throughout their journey together, offering unwavering support and compassion. Their bond epitomized love's strength and commitment.

Kaleb, their cherished son, brought immeasurable happiness to Jason's life. Together, they shared countless adventures and built a bond that will forever be treasured. Jason's unconditional love for Kaleb knew no bounds, and his presence will be deeply missed in their father-son escapades.


His mother Lisa B. Fisher was a constant source of love and support throughout Jason's life. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering presence provided him with endless comfort and strength when needed most. Jason was preceded by his father Johnny Fisher.  He is survived by his brother Shelton Fisher and wife Kimberly.

In addition to his immediate family, Jason leaves behind numerous special friends who became extensions of his chosen family. Their shared experiences built lasting friendships that enriched Jason's life in immeasurable ways.

A Celebration of Life service will be held to honor Jason Cornell Fisher on December 9, 2023, at Benson Funeral & Cremation located at 101 Oak Grove St., Mt. Holly, NC 28120. The service will commence at 4:00 PM and conclude at 5:00 PM. Visitation will be one hour prior. This event serves as an opportunity for all who loved Jason to come together, offering comfort and support as they remember the profound impact he had on their lives.

As we bid farewell to Jason, let us celebrate the joy and love he brought into our lives. His memory will forever be etched in our hearts, reminding us to live each day with the same zest and appreciation for life that he embodied. May his spirit continue to guide and inspire us all.
