Howard D. "Howie" Wade

Howard D. "Howie" Wade, 81, of China Grove, formerly of Cleveland, Ohio passed away June 9, 2015 at CMC Northeast in Concord, NC. Howie was born in Cleveland, OH on October 23, 1933 to the late William Dane Wade and Ruth Patch Wade. He is also preceded in death by a grandson, John Greer. He was a proud US Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean War and was a structural steel salesman in the construction industry. He loved spending time with his family and friends, enjoyed boating and fishing, wood carving and also enjoyed painting.

Survivors include his loving wife of 27 years, Pam Wade. Children; David Wade and wife Michelle of North Royalton, OH, Dan Wade of Florida, Lynne Greer and husband Mark of Avon, OH, Candace Varnadoe and husband Tommie of Kannapolis, NC and Paul Pinkston and wife Kristy of Myrtle Beach, SC. Brothers, Richard Wade of Mentor, OH and Arthur Wade of Newton Falls, OH and also 8 loving grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday June 14 at 2:00 PM at the Mausoleum of Rowan Memorial Park in Salisbury, NC with Military Honors. Visitation will be begin one hour prior, also at the Mausoleum. Interment will be private.
