In loving memory of a man, Edward "Bunky" Ray Sewell, Sr., who lived life on the edge with a heart as wide open as the horizon. Bunky was a son, husband, father, brother, friend, pawpaw, and great grandpa. These are just a few of the titles he earned throughout his lifetime. He was a great man with a heart of gold. He wasn't perfect but he loved with every being of his soul. Even though he departed this world unexpectedly, despite the challenges he faced in a life filled with the thrill of partying, he was a good man at his core. While he navigated a hard life, his legacy is not defined by the struggles but by the love he shared, the joy he brought, and the indomitable spirit that made him the unique and beloved individual he was. Despite the challenges he faced and the times he fell short his affection for us remains steadfast. His presence was the life of every party leaving indelible memories in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to share his contagious enthusiasm. May his soul rest in peace forever riding on the echoes of the open road forever and always in our hearts. Bunky was outgoing. He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, and trips to the mountains and the beach. He loved his grandchildren and was a good pawpaw.
