Edith Evelyn Watts

Edith Evelyn Watts, 69, of Belmont, NC, passed away on July, 7, 2022. She was born on July 23, 1953 in Macon County, North Carolina to the late Carl Henry Watts and the late Hazel Lenora Watts. She is also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Carli Alyssa Watts; and sisters, Catherine Rogers and Demples Waters.

She is survived by her children, Brittany Watts (Cody Harmon), and Carl Travis Watts; seven beloved grandchildren; nephews, Joe Franckewitz (Carly), Jamie Franckewitz, Brian Moore (Ellen), Ricky Moore (Sandy), Scott Moore; niece, Tabatha Watts; sister, Geraldine Watts; and brother, Marty Watts. 

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 11th, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Greenwood Cemetery in Belmont officiated by pastor Sherman Branch.
