Douglas "Doug" Barry London

Douglas "Doug" Barry London, 63, of Lake Wylie, SC passed away October 23, 2014. Doug was born in Mecklenburg County on April 1, 1951 to Martha Azer London and the late Alvin A. London. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He was an active athlete graduating from Myers Park H.S. in 1972 and attended Campbell College on a golf scholarship and later a member of the PGA. Upon retirement from the PGA he renewed his interest in golf art, having many PGA Tour clients. He treasured his family and loved the Lord, marrying his love, Debbie on Valentine`s Day in 1984.

Survivors include his son Daniel London, mother Martha London, two sisters, Leslie Musgrove and husband Steve and Lisa London and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service honoring Doug and his wife will be held Wednesday October 29 at 2:00 PM at Bethlehem Church South Campus Gastonia with Reverend Dickie Spargo officiating. Inurment will be private.
