David Michael Crews "Tootie"

David Michael Crews "Tootie", 38, of Gastonia, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 at CaroMont Regional. He was born in Gastonia on November 24, 1981, the son of Keith Mark Crews and Donna Broome Crews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Mary Kate Crews. David was a member of Promised Land Baptist Church and loved the Lord. His daughter meant the world to him and he loved her more than words can say. He will always be known for being very caring and compassionate to his family and friends. He loved and respected his brother and sister-in-law, his family, and his Lord and Savior.  

In addition to his parents, David is survived by his daughter, Kaydence Faith Crews; brother & sister-in-law, Mark and Christina Crews; grandparents, Jerry and Louise Broome; step grandmother, Helen Crews; niece, Hadassah Crews; nephews, Elias Crews, Josiah Crews, Gabriel Crews; and several aunts and uncles.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020, 1:00 PM, at Promised Land Baptist Church, 1024 Old Modena Street, Gastonia, NC 28054.
