Charles E. Sisk

Charles E. Sisk, 82, of Mt. Holly passed away December 17, 2024 at The Ivy Nursing & Rehab in Gastonia.  He was born on June 3, 1942 to the late Robert and Lean Stuart Sisk.  He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth Sisk, Loyd Sisk, and Robert Sisk Jr. and his sister, Patricia Sisk.  Charles was a proud U.S. Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam era.  He enjoyed being outdoors which included his favorite hobbies of camping, hunting, and fishing.

Survivors include his sister, Geraldine "Bonnie" Collins and husband Ron; brother, David "Preach" Sisk and wife Doris; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery, Mt. Holly with Pastor Sherman Branch officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to disabled Veterans at Wounded Warriors Project.
