Charles "Chuck" William Greene

Charles "Chuck" William Greene, 87, of Kings Mountain passed away October 3, 2018 at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain.  He was born in Spruce Pines on November 17, 1930 to the late William and May Greene.  Chuck is also preceded in death by his sister, Juanita Boone. He was a past member of New Buffalo Baptist Church in Grover.  He retired after 30 years of employment from Chrysler Corporation.  Chuck enjoyed the mountains and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Lillie Greene; Children, Sheila Black, Ronnie Hinson, Teresa Lucas, Steve Hinson and wife Samantha, and Lisa Stroupe and husband Chris; sisters, Betty and Billy; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

Services are being held privately by the family.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Cleveland County.
