Charles Everette Barber

Charles Everette Barber, 58, of Mt. Holly passed away September 28, 2015. Mr. Barber was born January 17, 1957 in Mecklenburg County, NC to the late Lacy "Everette" and Betty Simpson Barber. He was also preceded in death by Paternal Grandmother, Cora Dunn Barber; Maternal Grandparents, William "Al" Simpson and Ruby Simpson; Uncles, Bob and Donald Simpson; and Stepson, Jeremy Ford. Charles was a Catawba Heights Baptist Church. He loved fishing and coon hunting and will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his loving wife of 16 years, Teresa Ford Barber; Sisters, Linda Barber Haas (Arlan) and Tammy Barber Holland; Aunt, Brenda Simpson Johnson (Gene); Nephews, Lance Sawyer, Micah & Keith Haas; Nieces, Brandi Lathem and Lacey McDonald; several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services are being held privately by the family.
