Bryan Sherman Bean

Bryan Sherman Bean, 84, of Gastonia, passed away suddenly on January 5, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Bean was born in Gaston County on May 10, 1931 to the late Dallas and Flora Bean. He was preceded in death by his grandson Jay Bean. He was retired from Akers Motor Lines with over 17 years service and was a lifetime member of the Moose Lodge and also a Teamster Member.
Survivors include his Son, Mike Bean and wife Patti. Daughter, Judy Bean Farnsworth and Leslie Bean and husband Charlie. Grandchildren, Eric Mixon, Josie Bean and Alexys Bean.
The family will receive friends Sunday January 10 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Benson Funeral Services, Mt. Holly. Inurnment will be private.
