Amber Dawn Ellis

Amber Dawn Ellis, age 40, of Belmont, NC passed away on June 6, 2022 after a short illness at Atrium Health Hospital in Charlotte. Amber was born March 21, 1982 in Forsyth County, NC. Amber was preceded in death by her grandparents James and Betty Gann and her uncle William Gann. Amber loved animals, especially her two pet dogs, Sadie and Beni. She was an extremely sweet and loving person who had a heart of gold. She was very supportive of the homeless by donating to them when in need. Amber was an only child who was spoiled rotten by her parents who loved her dearly. Survivors include her parents Bill and Dusty Gann Hylton. Her fiance' Travis Polk. Aunt and Uncle Joann and Ken Stone and also Aunt Barbara Gann. Services will be private.
